Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population including individuals facing terminal illnesses, their caregivers, and families. This role requires a specialized focus on emotional resilience, grief, and end-of-life issues, making it essential to provide culturally sensitive and empathetic support to clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work, with a strong emphasis on mental health interventions.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused and trauma-informed psychotherapy interventions.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
