The House Assistant is the heartbeat of a private luxury residence, ensuring that every day runs seamlessly for a high-profile household. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that requires someone who is warm, dependable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. What You Will Do
- Support the day-to-day operations of a private luxury residence
- Assist the House Manager with household tasks, errands, and scheduling
- Travel to and support other private properties (approximately 30% travel, including Idaho)
- Coordinate with vendors, household staff, and external service providers as needed
- Manage household supplies, inventories, and special requests with care and efficiency
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home
- Provide warm, attentive support to household members and guests at all times

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 starting + performance bonus potential
Travel: Approximately 30% — other private properties including Idaho

Reports To: House Manager
