Assists in the preparation of legal forms and documents. Conducts legal research and properly stores/ organizes legal records and/or official publications. Prepares official accounts of investigations and court proceedings.

Assists with processing appeals while handling a variety of administrative and clerical duties in a law office. Provides support to lawyers and judges. Provides services for family law, including powers of attorney, wills and separation decrees.

Conducts research on judicial and administrative rulings, determinations, opinions and decisions. Performs other duties as assigned.
