Responsibilities:
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring residents and guests experience five-star service.
  • Acting as a point of contact for residents and guests.
  • Addressing and coordinating various resident and guest requests such as:
    • Arranging transportation
    • Providing information about property amenities
    • Giving directions to local attractions, etc.
  • Assisting with the upkeep and appearance of the property.
  • Receiving and distributing packages, dry-cleaning, documents, and other items.
  • Following security protocol by checking in/out all guests, vendors, contractors, and other visitors to the property.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

A basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community-at-large is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus! This is a temporary, vacation relief position. The schedule is to be determined.
