Facilities Technician / Driver for Private Family (Full-Time, Monday through Friday)

A private family in the New York City area is seeking a highly responsible, dependable, and professional Facilities Technician / Driver to support day-to-day property needs across multiple locations. This role requires managing a weekly courier loop, fulfilling ad hoc driving requests and errands, maintaining a small fleet of vehicles, and assisting with a wide variety of household and property-related responsibilities. This position also involves providing hands-on facilities support including building walkthroughs, warehouse organization, and contributing to ongoing household projects and general maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving equipment and light grounds work such as snow removal and pressure washing. Candidates must have a clean driving record, strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe navigation, and should be knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

This role works closely with facilities and household staff and requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a positive, no-task-too-small attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed. This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with a starting salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
