Senior Wealth Manager - Annex Private Client
Do you have experience guiding sophisticated clients through complex financial decisions, delivering advanced planning, and serving as a trusted partner to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families? Maybe you've supported or helped shape a Private Client or UHNW offering before and are looking for a seat where your expertise directly influences client outcomes. Perhaps you thrive in an environment where collaboration, planning excellence, and long-term relationships drive every decision.
The Senior Wealth Manager, Private Client is a relationship-centered, strategically minded professional who elevates how Annex serves high- and ultra-high-net-worth households. This role blends deep client engagement with advanced planning leadership, ensuring every client receives personalized, sophisticated, and proactive guidance aligned with their goals, values, and long-term vision.
As a senior member of the Private Client team, you will support Annex's mission for delivering exceptional fiduciary care, mentor emerging advisors, and contribute to the continued refinement of our Private Client experience.
What You'll Do
  • Exceptional Client Advisory & Service: Provide high-touch, relationship-driven service as the primary Wealth Manager for existing high-net-worth households, ensuring a seamless and elevated Private Client experience.
  • Strategic Client Relationship Management: Maintain active management of an approved range of HNW households, ensuring sustained loyalty through proactive financial needs management, strategic planning solutions, and anticipatory guidance tailored to complex financial lives.
  • Market Insights & Financial Strategy Development: Stay up to date on market trends, advanced financial strategies, and regulatory changes to provide informed, sophisticated recommendations that support the unique needs of high-net-worth clients.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Actively mentor Associate Wealth Managers to enhance prospecting, relationship-building, and conversion strategies, modeling the standards expected within a Private Client/HNW environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization: Partner with internal teams to enhance financial planning, portfolio management, compliance workflows, and the overall Private Client experience. Lead all client needs through seamless collaboration with Associate Wealth Managers and appropriate internal staff.

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated success in wealth management or financial advisory roles working with high net worth or ultra-high net worth clients, and in a leadership or management position leading high-performing teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of financial wealth managers.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to client service excellence and fiduciary responsibility.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management and service delivery.
