About the Role
The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting Security Officers at assigned site(s). This role ensures all posts are properly staffed, officers follow post orders and company policies, and client needs are addressed. The Site Supervisor serves as a key link between officers, management, and clients while maintaining a professional and safe work environment.
What You'll Do
  • Supervise and support Security Officers and Assistant Supervisors.
  • Ensure assigned sites are properly staffed, and shifts are covered.
  • Monitor officer performance and address conduct issues in accordance with company policy.
  • Train officers on site procedures and company standards.
  • Enforce post orders, company policies, and applicable laws.
  • Serve as a point of contact for officers, management, and clients.
  • Review officer reports and ensure documentation is completed correctly.
  • Monitor uniforms and required equipment.
  • Communicate staffing needs, operational issues, and client concerns to management.
  • Work assigned shifts when needed to ensure proper coverage.
  • Assist management with additional duties as assigned.

  • Eligible for Georgia 24-hour unarmed security certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • MUST be 21 years of age.
  • MUST have open availability on weekends. Evening and holiday availability is also required.
