Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $75.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager IV
Technical Program Manager IV - Philadelphia, PA 2-4 days onsite per week
  • Technical Program Manager supporting global entertainment platforms
  • Highly cross-functional role interfacing with engineering, product leadership, and senior technical stakeholders
  • Focus on program-level oversight vs. hands-on engineering

Core Responsibilities
  • Own program management across multiple platforms and workstreams
  • Manage dependencies across teams and systems
  • Build and maintain dependency plans and track deliverables
  • Drive execution across quarterly planning cycles, sprints, and critical path initiatives
  • Ensure reporting and status roll-ups to leadership
  • Actively contribute in meetings (not just coordination)

Required Skillsets
  • Strong communication skills (must be clear, concise, and effective with technical stakeholders)
  • Highly organized with strong program/project tracking capabilities
  • Experience managing dependencies across complex environments
  • Proven ability to track deliverables and drive accountability
