Role Descriptions:
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of privacy projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery of key milestones
• Partner with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to operationalize privacy requirements
• Implement and maintain privacy frameworks aligned with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global laws especially those surrounding the use of AI
• Facilitate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
• Develop and maintain data inventories, data flow maps, and records of processing activities (RoPA)
• Track and manage privacy incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• Support responses to data subject requests (DSARs), audits, and regulatory inquiries
• Drive privacy-by-design principles in product development lifecycles
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs across the organization
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or related program/project management roles
• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with distributed teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems, Security, or Computer
• Science or similar degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of data security principles and risk management frameworks
Knowledge of global AI regulatory obligations
Knowledge of global privacy laws
Excellent communication
Ability to balance legal/compliance requirements with business needs
