SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking an experienced Product Manager to coordinate our Account Opening product suite, including Q2 built and integration of partner solutions. You will develop and manage roadmaps, drive strategic planning, deliver solutions that meet the needs of consumer and small business users, and manage client communications. You will act as an expert on customer needs and manage digital banking solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES Drive roadmap and product strategy for money movement initiatives Collaborate closely with engineering to understand technical trade-offs and influence product design Partner with support, observability, and other product leads to analyze root causes of issues Monitor and impact key metrics and efficiencies for products Provide guidance and mentorship to the product team on the product lifecycle Assist, train, and grow employees while evangelizing best practices Proactively identify opportunities for new trends, features, and products Conduct research and provide industry expertise for product business cases Establish and track business cases and financials Assess the risk of value, feasibility, and usability for product success Communicate value and vision effectively, establishing credibility with stakeholders Engage with clients and prospects via Relationship and Sales teams as needed Build effective relationships with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams Champion end-user experience through integration of human interaction best practices and front-end design Work with Product Owners to ensure security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies are adhered to Deliver product acceptance criteria for development teams to ensure high-quality outcomes Collaborate with Release Management to develop release documentation and internal training materialsEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience Demonstrable experience in software product management Strong team leadership, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities Excel and data analysis proficiency Self-starter with ability to deliver results independently Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is a plus
