The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Execute the global product strategy for 3M's pavement marking products.
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle management, execution, and in-market performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and enterprise supply chain to enable global product growth.
  • Coordinate between global product strategy lead and area product managers to drive execution of critical programs

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of marketing or product management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in business from an accredited institution
  • Experience working with government agencies, specifically Departments/Ministries of Transportation
  • Skills include project management, P&L management, working with industry and regulatory affairs teams, and standard-setting organizations

Work location:

  • Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
  • Travel: May include up to 10% domestic and international travel
  • Relocation: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
