As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, product journey owners, science, legal, privacy, and operations teams to drive product strategy, define technical requirements, and execute multi-year platform initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the strategic vision, feature trade-offs, and execution roadmap for the Enterprise Rewards multi-tenant platform
  • Write highly detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cloud-native microservices and enterprise API platforms
  • Partner across highly matrixed, global engineering, science, legal, privacy, and operations teams to align on platform priorities and deliver multi-year initiatives
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline documentation, automate workflow tracking, and optimize sprint planning processes
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends, AI/ML models, and system architectural patterns to inform product design and strategic platform innovation
  • Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning within an Agile/Scrum framework to maintain consistent release delivery
  • Define and analyze product metrics and performance telemetry to measure platform impact, system efficacy, and user adoption
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree OR 10+ years of experience in IT in lieu of a degree
  • 7+ years of progressively advancing product or program management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focusing on deeply technical, platform, or large-scale enterprise products
  • 5+ years of proven ability to influence and align highly matrixed, global teams across engineering, science, legal, privacy, and operations
  • 5+ years of exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to both hardcore developer audiences and executive leadership
  • 5+ years of extensive experience operating within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • 3+ years of experience with modern cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, GCP), APIs, and microservice models
  • 3+ years of experience writing highly detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and defining strategic vision, feature trade-offs, and go-to-market execution of multi-year initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field
  • Fluency in system design and cloud architecture
  • Deep analytical and experiment design capabilities
  • Evaluation literacy of AI/ML models, including evaluating prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
  • Proficiency in modern development and tracking tools (e.g., Aha! Rally) and analytics dashboards
  • Proficiency in Miro, Figma, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, and AI-DLC tools
  • Experience in healthcare technology, health insurance, or digital health platforms
  • Hands-on experience applying AI-assisted design, analysis, or documentation tools to streamline Agile delivery processes
  • Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certification (e.g., SAFe, PSPO)
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
