Responsibilities for Sourcing & Procurement Associate Director include but are not limited to:

· Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and contracting activities for IT software, technology services, and assigned indirect spend categories.

· Develop and execute category management strategies that deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, operational efficiencies, and business value.

· Manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including spend analysis, market research, supplier identification, RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.

· Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver sourcing solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

· Negotiate complex master agreements, statements of work (SOWs), software licensing agreements, and supplier contracts.

· Conduct supplier assessments, benchmarking analyses, and cost modeling to support informed decision-making.

· Identify, evaluate, and mitigate supplier, contractual, operational, and financial risks.

· Lead cross-functional teams through sourcing initiatives while managing competing priorities and timelines.

· Provide strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of leadership.

· Support procurement governance, compliance requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

· Utilize procurement and contract management systems to manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships

Candidates for Sourcing & Procurement Associate Director must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 3+ years of progressive experience developing category management strategies and leading complex strategic sourcing projects in a cross-functional environment.

· 3+ years of experience negotiating and managing complex contracts, including master service agreements and statements of work.

· Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, high-demand, and multi-tasking environment.

· Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results through data analysis, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making.

· Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Proven ability to think strategically and effectively execute sourcing and procurement plans.

· Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple levels of an organization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to support business decisions.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Pay Details: $58.66 per hour
