Job description

IQVIA Digital powers exceptional brand experiences, delivering innovative solutions based on a customer-first, insights-driven, and integrated omnichannel vision. We provide authenticated, enhanced data and analytics, innovative fit-for-purpose healthcaretechnology, and the expertise to enable an effective and adaptable marketing model that drives better quality of care and patient outcomes. IQVIA is the leading global provider of data, advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services for the life sciences industry.

The Audience Platform Team is a critical component of our Media OS Product Organization at IQVIA Digital. In this role, Product Managers collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, client services, and sales teams to design and deliver target audience building capabilities for healthcare marketers. This position will support the strategy and roadmap to build and enhance core data ingestion, maintenance and integration pipelines, and data schemas that power the Audience Builder tool within the Media OS.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale a critical integration layer within a standalone SaaS platform powering healthcare marketing. As the Product Manager for Integrations on the Audience Platform team, you will own and drive seamless, scalable integrations between the Audience Builder and external partners, including identity partners (e.g., LiveRamp, Experian), DSPs/SSPs, social platforms, and thirdparty platforms across our partner ecosystem.

You will play a central role in enabling interoperable data flows, supporting activation and measurement use cases, and ensuring our platform can flexibly meet evolving partner and customer needs. The team manages a portfolio that drives ninefigure marketing investments, making this a highly visible and impactful role within Media OS.

Essential Functions

  • Owns and drives the product vision and roadmap for integrations across the Audience Platform, ensuring seamless connectivity between the Audience Builder and external platforms while aligning with Media OS business goals and growth opportunities.

  • Defines integration strategy and prioritization across identity resolution, activation, and downstream media and measurement partners (e.g., LiveRamp, Experian, DSPs, SSPs, social platforms, and other third parties).

  • Partners closely with engineering and architecture to design scalable, reliable, and compliant integration frameworks, including APIs, data pipelines, schemas, and onboarding patterns.

  • Stays current with healthcare marketing trends, privacy and compliance requirements, and changes in the ad tech and partner ecosystem to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.

  • Translates highlevel integration use cases into clear product requirements, including user stories, technical workflows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.

  • Monitors integration health and success metrics (e.g., data match rates, delivery success, latency, partner adoption) and performs datadriven analysis to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.

  • Acts as the product point of contact for external partners, collaborating with internal teams (engineering, data, GTM, support, legal/compliance) to manage integration launches, enhancements, and ongoing support.

  • Supports troubleshooting and issue resolution for complex integration scenarios, balancing shortterm fixes with longterm platform improvements.

  • Continuously gathers internal and external feedback to iterate on integration capabilities, improving partner onboarding, audience activation, and downstream performance.

  • Works with crossfunctional teams to identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure successful sprint and release outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on platforms, integrations, ad tech, marketing technology, or datadriven SaaS products.

  • Strong understanding of data integrations, APIs, identity resolution concepts, and partner ecosystems; experience with DSPs, SSPs, identity providers, or social platforms is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data and/or regulated environments (e.g., privacy, compliance, consent management) is a plus.

  • Experience translating business and partner needs into clear, technically informed product requirements.

  • Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs, scalability, and system design.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools; familiarity with data analysis tools is beneficial.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical and nontechnical stakeholders around a shared integration strategy.
