Description

Hinshaw & Culbertson, a national law firm with 24 offices across the US,ย is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services group in Dallas.
Position Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to the Texas bar in good standing.
  • 2-4 years of business litigation experience in state and/or federal court, including written discovery, depositions, and brief writing
  • an excellent academic background; strong research and legal writing skills; and
  • a high level of academic achievement from an accredited law school.

Preferred candidates should also have a background in financial services, including mortgage foreclosures and consumer debt litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that offers a high level of responsibility in an exciting, growing practice.
