What You'll Do

As a Personal Injury Trial Attorney on our Las Vegas team, you will manage complex litigation matters from intake through resolution, working alongside senior attorneys and partners to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. Your core responsibilities will include:

Litigation & Trial

โ€ข Handle all phases of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial

โ€ข Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and advocate persuasively before judges and juries

โ€ข Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys and partners

Client Relations

โ€ข Maintain clear, consistent, and compassionate communication with clients regarding case strategy and progress

โ€ข Manage client expectations and serve as a trusted advocate throughout the litigation process

Negotiation & Resolution

โ€ข Negotiate settlements that maximize client recovery while thoughtfully balancing risk and cost

โ€ข Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution processes

Team Collaboration

Requirements:

What We're Looking For


โ€ข Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

โ€ข Active member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing
