What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues
  • Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance
  • Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options
  • Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance standards-because you know what you're doing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and workspace
  • Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when needed

  • Proven experience in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and service
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
  • Clean and valid Florida driver's license

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor Florida conditions.
