AA2IT is seeking a Field Service Technician to support IT needs across multiple Lowes stores in Baton Rouge, LA. The role involves performing breakfix on point of sale equipment, printers, and networking devices, requiring strong networking experience and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting 7 stores IT needs on a weekly basis (eyes ears and face of Lowes corp IT) performing breakfix on point of sale equipment, printers, networking devices.
• Visiting 2 stores per day, monday-friday spending around 3-3.5 hours per store.

Required:
• Hands on networking experience working in a cat6 environment
• Customer service skills
• 2 years minimum professional IT experience
