Job Summary: The Delivery/Print Assistant plays a dual role, combining delivery and production support. This position is responsible for preparing, loading, and delivering products to customers safely and efficiently, as well as assisting with print production tasks such as operating wide-format printers, loading paper rolls, binding prints, and supporting various printing and finishing operations. A valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic are required.
 
Key Responsibilities (included but are not limited to)
  • Deliver printed materials to clients safely, professionally, and on time
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles
  • Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
  • Perform vehicle checks and basic maintenance
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service and obtain signatures when needed
  • Load paper and materials into wide-format printers
  • Assist with digital and wide-format print production
  • Bind, trim, and package prints according to job specs
  • Learn to operate various printing and finishing equipment
  • Support installation team as needed on signage projects
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 21 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of delivery experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong time management and reliability
