Sales Analyst - Managed Print Services (Hybrid)


We're looking for an outgoing and detailed oriented relationship builder to join our team! As the Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a specified client base within Managed Print Services (MPS), training sales staff on MPS offerings, conducting pre-sales activities with sales, reviewing contracts, and conducting print assessments for customers. you will gain field experience and become a trusted advisor to the sales team!

What You'll Be Doing  

  • Educate the sales team about MPS and Software in order to increase sales
  • Evaluate sales leads and partner with sales representatives to create value-added presentations and pricing specific to the customer, and when necessary, attend pitches
  • Review sales opportunities and respond to Requests for Information, Quotes, and Proposals with customized verbiage and pricing
  • Conduct needs analysis or print assessments for customers, analyze data, and provide recommendations for cost reduction, software and/or efficiencies
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships by adding new vendors and ensure vendors provide customers with the service expected under the Canon brand 
  • Ensure Canon meets customer contracted terms and conditions, and expectations by conducting operation reviews, and providing feedback and updates to customers, while identifying new sales opportunities
  • Perform customer demonstrations at Canon office showroom, or at customer location
  • Ensure Canon software solutions implementations are well-executed
  • Conduct end-user hardware and software training

What We're Looking For

  • Fully bilingual French and English is required
  • Post secondary education in Computer Science or Colour Management 
  • 1-3 years of related work experience 
  • Ability to analyze customer fleets’ needs and issues, cost efficiencies, workflows and data to create customized reporting with various insources and determine appropriate solutions
  • Strong project and process management skills to act as a project manager for customers by conducting print assessments and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive documented scope of work processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Expereince with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel - vlookups, pivot tables, charts and other formulas
