Job Description We are seeking a Printer Technician to join our team supporting PC and Printer customers in a customer-facing field break/fix capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardware diagnostics and repair for laptops, desktops, RPOS, workstations, and printers and a proven ability to resolve on-site incidents, manage escalations, and deliver service within contractual and financial guidelines. Responsibilities: Perform on-site break/fix services for laptops, desktops, RPOS systems, workstations, and printers.

Configure hardware, software, and simple network components; install and repair units to restore service. Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues, including third-party software, networks, and switches when applicable. Collaborate with escalation teams to execute technical action plans and manage critical service events.

Deliver customer education on technology and set clear expectations during service interactions. Prioritize and balance multiple tickets while adhering to SLAs, budgets, and contractual commitments. Complete required administrative tasks with accuracy, including documentation and parts handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical and mechanical hardware repair proficiency across PCs and printers. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues using tools and alignment equipment. Customer-facing communication skills with clear verbal and written interaction on-site.

Understanding of service financials, risk-based decision making, and adherence to procedures. Ability to work independently, re-prioritize tasks, and manage operational challenges. Physical ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, holidays, and non-traditional shifts. High School diploma or equivalent with additional hardware technology training; college preferred. Preferred Skills: Printer troubleshooting experience.
