  • Prioritize assignments effectively and consistently meet deadlines and fast turnaround times.
  • Maintain organized creative files, templates, and final assets.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight while communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Be available for occasional travel to support photoshoots, studio initiatives, events, or in-person team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting brand, marketing, or campaign-level creative work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality design work across digital and print media.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma.
  • Working knowledge of basic video editing and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and overall design principles.
  • Experience designing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Experience designing for an aspirational, elevated, or high-end lifestyle aesthetic.
  • Passion for fitness, health, wellness, and contemporary design.
  • Experience supporting photoshoots, campaign development, or creative production.
