Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business and grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in commercial printing, graphic communications, or B2B sales who enjoys developing relationships and helping customers find the right print solutions. This position will focus on both inside and outside sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend commercial printing, signage, promotional products, and mailing solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with customer service, estimating, and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Follow up on estimates and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, printing technologies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial printing experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of digital, large-format printing, and finishing processes is a plus.
