Job description

By performing their duties consistently and to the level of quality required, the Production Coordinator works with our factories and customers to guide each project through the process of production. By keeping track of all the details of each project under their care, catching and correcting errors, and pushing all parties involved forward each day, this role ensures that our projects deliver on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have a history of 5+ years of professional experience excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action.

Duties:

  • Exemplify our Core Values.

  • Demonstrate exceptional soft skills.

  • Capture action items and notes during meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Coordinate with factories, printers, and other production partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products.

  • Work with Project Manager to track and communicate project status in written updates and meetings.

  • Ensure that all manufacturers stick to their agreed schedules.

  • Continue to push for better pricing, terms, and quality of our products.

  • Review proofs, samples, and other materials to ensure exemplary quality control.

  • Hold manufacturers responsible for their quality control and timelines.

  • Create and send out new Production Agreements.

  • Manage and keep up to date all production emails and respond in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that all information requested by factories in the production process is quickly and efficiently provided.

  • Report trends observed during interactions with printers to the Managing Director as you find them.

  • Create prototypes and assist with other product creation tasks.

  • Participate in playtesting with the team as requested.
