Your duties and responsibilities include giving your approval of the final print job, overseeing quality control for the final product after the first run, managing schedules, ensuring projects meet deadlines, and managing the overall operation. As the manager, you become the point of contact for issues and printing problems that occur during the day, and you also serve as the primary contact for customers.
