Location: Arlington, TX
Hiring Now – Start immediately!
We’re hiring Digital Printing Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company with a clean, high-tech facility and a strong team environment. They are a premier supplier of edging banding specializing in PVC, veneer, and custom-matched banding for woodworking industry. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with consistent hours and long-term opportunity.
Job Type: Temporary-to-hire.
Schedules:
  1. 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Some Saturdays)
    1. Overtime available, based on business needs
      1. Training on Day Shift for approximately 8 weeks
 
What You’ll Do:
  • 70% machine setup/prep and 30% machine operation
  • Set up, program, and operate digital printing equipment using the proper rolls and materials
  • Measure materials, perform color matching, and make machine adjustments as needed
  • Print on melamine, PVC, and wood for furniture edge banding and inspect products for quality
  • Review work orders, track materials, and perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operating experience
  • Strong attention to detail with measurements and color matching
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
  • Comfortable with machine setup, programming, and adjustments
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
