Experienced Bindery Operator Needed

Company: Interprint Web Printing - Located in Clearwater, FL.

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week + Overtime Available)

Compensation: Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Folding Operations: Masterfully set up, operate, and manage 30′′ full-size MBO large-format folding equipment, including integrated stacking, automated counting, and inline paper banding systems.
  • Saddle-Stitching: Expertly configure and operate 8-pocket saddle-stitch binding machinery to maintain quality standards and delivery schedules.
  • Mailing Line Management: Background with mailing equipment not necessary, however is a strong plus. (We operate Kirk Rudy mailing lines)
  • Cutting Equipment: Safely operate Polar paper cutters.
  • Maintenance & Mechanical Upkeep: Perform routine setup adjustments and execute minor operational troubleshooting and equipment repairs on the fly to minimize downtime.
  • Digital Job Tracking: Review job specifications electronically, prioritize daily assignments, and accurately log job data into our shop-floor computer system during production.
