JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Digital Print Associate Level 1

HOURS:

1st Shift: Monday –Thursday; 5am-3pm

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday; 2:30pm-12:30am

4th Shift: Friday – Sunday; 7am-7pm


Pay:

1st Shift: $17/hr (base pay)

2nd Shift: $17/hr (base pay) + $2 (shift premium) = $19/hr (total pay)

4th Shift: $17/hr (base pay) + $4.50 (shift premium) = $21.50/hr (total pay)

REPORTS TO: Digital Print Supervisor

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

As a digital print associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by printing, decorating apparel, finishing and packaging digital print orders per order specifications.


Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Process 4imprint digital print orders, including banners, patches and heat transfers on various substrates.
  • Assist in the printing and production process of wide format prints including banners and heat transfers.
  • Produce good quality decorated apparel products by applying digitally printed heat transfers and patches to a variety of products including apparel and caps.
  • Operate heat presses daily attaining and maintaining daily production quality and quantities.
  • Finishing of digital orders including ironing, folding, boxing and shipping of customer orders as needed.
  • Help in other areas when needed and when time allows.
  • Opportunities are available to learn and grow in the latest digital printing processes.
