We're growing and looking for driven, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Experience / Sales team.
We are one team with one mission: delivering high-quality custom products with the fastest turnaround times while providing an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Assist customers via phone and email
  • Provide accurate order support
  • Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery
  • Complete time-sensitive follow-ups
  • Serve as an advocate for customers by resolving complex or escalated issues with thoughtful, customer-focused solutions
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and internal teams to ensure product issues are resolved efficiently

Job Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong computer proficiency - comfortable navigating multiple systems at once
  • CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
