Quality Assurance Associate - Production
Hey there job hunter, are you wearing a t-shirt right now? Of course, you are. Everyone loves t-shirts, and at Rushordertees.com we're in the business of bringing creative, custom t-shirts to life. Who are we? We are the fastest custom apparel company in the industry, and we are recruiting the best and brightest to join our fast paced, high energy team!
We are currently looking for entry-level candidates to join our Quality Assurance team within our Screen Printing Department. The Quality Reviewer/Shirt Catcher is a key role in ensuring all printed products are accounted for and meet quality standards.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be quick on your feet, have a keen eye for detail, and maintain order and organization for every customer order. If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH
Rate: $18.00/hr
Responsibilities:
  • Catch and stack high volume garments quickly and efficiently.
  • Guarantee the quality and quantity of printed products for all products coming off the dryer to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping work area neat and complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma - Associate Degree preferred
  • Ability to meet customer deadlines, including overtime if necessary.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in an indoor warehouse environment influenced by outdoor temperature.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Detail Oriented and highly organized
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and team player
