Provides support for all printing requirements for the division to include all computer reports, labels and multipart 
forms used by the division. Handles preventative maintenance for all division laser and impact printers.

What you'll do as an Computer Print Operator: 

  • Completes printing of all reports, labels, etc. in print queue system. 
  • Ensures printing equipment is in good working condition and has an adequate supply of toner, drums, and paper. 
  • Monitors, identifies and resolves any printer issues and communicates potential issues regarding deadlines or equipment failure in a timely manner. 
  • Performs preventative maintenance and cleans equipment as required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Computer Print Operator: 

  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • Understanding of printing equipment and copy machines. 
  • Reliable, timely, and accurate. 
  • Strong communication skills
  • 2 or more year's general office experience.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
