C & H Signs specializes in custom signage, large-format printing, vinyl graphics, DTF transfers, and laser engraving. We provide high-quality, fast-turnaround branding solutions for businesses, events, and custom projects. ()

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Print Shop Manager to lead daily operations while actively working in production. This role is ideal for someone who can manage a team, maintain quality standards, and jump in to operate equipment to keep jobs moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily print shop operations and production workflow
  • Actively operate equipment including large-format printers, vinyl cutters, and engraving machines
  • Produce and assist with signage, banners, decals, and custom print jobs
  • Manage, train, and support staff to ensure high-quality output
  • Review print jobs for accuracy, design quality, and deadlines
  • Maintain production schedules and prioritize incoming orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding project details, proofs, and timelines
  • Monitor inventory and order materials (vinyl, substrates, inks, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
  • Ensure safety standards and shop organization are maintained

Qualifications:

  • Experience in print production, sign shop operations, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of large-format printing, vinyl applications, or similar processes
  • Leadership experience with the ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
