Job description

Position: Area Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Multiple law office sites in Orlando, FL (Main office: 390 N Orange Ave Suite 1000, Orlando, FL 32801)
Pay: [Insert pay if available]
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 3 Months (Contract-to-Hire after 320 hours)

Job Details:

  • Support multiple law office locations in the Orlando area (driving required, parking provided/reimbursed).

  • Perform administrative duties including calendar management, mailroom and print room support, and hospitality tasks.

  • Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required, but the role does not involve extensive standing or walking.

  • Dress code: Business casual.

  • Interview Type: Virtual

  • No COVID requirements currently in place.

  • Legal or hospitality experience is a plus.
