POSITION SUMMARY :  The print project coordinator is responsible for providing consistency in regards to customer experience, colour, file setup, workflow and overall quality throughout the company. The role of the print project coordinator is to keep this department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to exceed their expectations.  RESPONSIBILITIES :  * Liaison between client and company to ensure client satisfaction * Prepare dockets and files for production that can be easily executed * Manage customer's request and set realistic expectations * Manage colour as per client’s request while adhering to IAC’s standards  * Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite efficiently  * Maximize the use of the current RIP(Caldera)  * Manage files according to the IAC standards and G7 methodology  * Adhere to IAC’s standard turnaround time  * Maintain a clean work environment  * Communicate with clients consistently and keeping them updated on the status of their jobs * Schedule shipping and fulfillment   KEY QUALIFICATIONS : * 1-2 years of experience in a Prepress Operator role at a Full Service Print Provider or similar * You’re an Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) guru * You strive to improve your own efficiency through the use of keyboard shortcuts * You’re willing to learn and adapt to a more efficient workflow * You have an eye for the slightest change in colour * Excellent communication skills(Verbally and Written) * Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment * Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required * Ability to multi-task * Detail-oriented, punctual, consistent, productive as well as efficient * Customer Focused
