Our Boston based agency client is looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years' experience; this role focuses on the pharma/healthcare industry and we are specifically looking for medical communications experience, because they have a mix of peer-to-peer marketing, med affairs, tactical and event-based programs that strongly align with someone with med comms. experience.
Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Previous Experience developing project plans, timelines, and workflows while partnering closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment onobjectives, budgets, and deliverables.
- Hands on experience managing projects related to med comms.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools.
- Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Open all meetings with attendees/roles, goals/objectives of the meeting, and materials provided for the meeting
- Close all meetings with summary of discussion, decisions made, and immediate next steps
- Facilitate meetings to ensure meeting stays on track and on time
- Responsible for weekly status of the accounts they work on
