Job description

Our Boston based agency client is looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years' experience; this role focuses on the pharma/healthcare industry and we are specifically looking for medical communications experience, because they have a mix of peer-to-peer marketing, med affairs, tactical and event-based programs that strongly align with someone with med comms. experience.
Requirements:

  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Previous Experience developing project plans, timelines, and workflows while partnering closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment onobjectives, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Hands on experience managing projects related to med comms.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Open all meetings with attendees/roles, goals/objectives of the meeting, and materials provided for the meeting
  • Close all meetings with summary of discussion, decisions made, and immediate next steps
  • Facilitate meetings to ensure meeting stays on track and on time
  • Responsible for weekly status of the accounts they work on
  • Ability toidentifyrisks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.
  • Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes.
