Role Summary

Reporting to the Global Head of Print Communications, this role leadsexternalcommunications for HP's Core Print business, spanning Office, Consumer, and Supplies.The role serves as a strategic communications partnerto senior business leaders and cross-functional teams, shaping compelling narratives for media and industry analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute theexternalcommunications strategy for HP's Core Print businesses,providing clear guidance and recommendations on external positioning, news opportunities, and high-visibility business moments.

  • Shape proactivestorytelling thatbuilds awareness and third-party validation of HP's Print business, identifying compelling stories across products, customers, innovation, and industry trends.

  • Drive product and portfolio storytelling across hardware, services, and supplies, including new product introductions, platform updates,and ecosystem narratives connected to HP's broader business and innovation priorities.

  • Oversee media and analyst engagement strategy, including proactive outreach, briefings, product reviews, and industry narratives.Identify and manage emerging issues, advising on external communications strategy and response.

  • Manage agency partners across planning, execution, and performance measurement.

Experience Recommended

  • 8+ years of external communications experience,with demonstrated depth in product and portfolio communications, ideally within technology or complex B2B/B2C environments

  • Strong news judgment and experience working directly with media and industry analysts
