Job description

Custom Print Technician

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Location: Beaverton, OR 97008
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


About the Role
Creative Safety Supply is looking for a Custom Print Technician to join our Sign Shop team. In this role, you'll produce custom labels, signs, floor markings, stickers, and other printed products using a variety of print production equipment.


This is a hands-on production position focused on operating equipment, reviewing orders for accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders are completed correctly and on time. Familiarity with Adobe software is helpful, but the majority of the role is centered on print production rather than graphic design.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate sign shop printers and related production equipment
  • Review orders and supporting documentation for accuracy
  • Produce custom labels, signs, stickers, floor markings, and other customer products
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process
  • Assist with printer setup, material preparation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain an understanding of company products and sign shop offerings
  • Keep the sign shop clean, organized, and operating efficiently
  • Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow established procedures and directions from supervisors and team leads
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, printing, sign production, or a similar environment preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software is helpful but not required
  • Proficient with computers and able to learn new software systems
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
