We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Manager to lead our belt shop operations, inspire a high-performing team, and help drive continuous improvement.



What You’ll Do


As a Production Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our operations run efficiently, safely, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.


You will:

  • Lead and manage daily belt shop operations, ensuring a productive and positive work environment
  • Oversee fabrication, customization, and installation of conveyor belts based on customer specifications
  • Prioritize and coordinate work orders, including field jobs, projects, and rush orders
  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the team
  • Train and mentor employees on equipment, systems, and best practices
  • Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to achieve department goals
  • Manage inventory and consumable stock to support seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Represent Belt Power professionally at all times, including on-site customer interactions
Requirements:

What You Bring


We’re looking for a leader who combines technical expertise with strong people skills.

  • 3+ years of conveyor belt or field splicing experience
  • 2+ years managing teams and field operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret precise measurements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification
  • OSHA 10 certification
