ABOUT THE ROLEย 

The Print/Mail Project Coordinatorย is responsible forย varietyย of tasks related to the production of printed material. This position requiresย good communicationย and organizational skills, as well as some experience in project management and data entry. The Print/Mail Project Coordinator must be a self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.ย

RESPONSIBILITIESย 

  • Work closely with multiple production departments to make sure that allย stakeholdersย are informed about updates or changes to jobs inย process. These departments include Data Processing, Prepress, Sheetfed Press Room, Digital Press, Bindery, Inkย jetting, Mail Prep, Inventory, Accounting, and Sales.ย 
  • Occasionally estimateย templatedย projects/programs for internal production.ย ย 
  • Accurately translate specifications and scheduling into MIS system(s).ย 
  • Prepare, review, and distribute all project-related documentation, including proof requests, preflight forms, special instruction sheets, inventory records, and shipping requests, to support efficient workflow and seamless coordination across departments.ย 
  • Perform qualityย and statusย checks throughoutย productionย process as needed.ย 
  • Create and manage custom programs for designated accounts, ensuringย accurateย functionality, ongoing maintenance, and alignment with client specifications.ย 
  • Maintainย confidential or sensitive information.ย 
  • Maintainย customerย inventory.ย 

QUALIFICATIONSย 

  • At least oneย (1)ย year of experience in sales or project management.ย 
  • One (1) to two (2)ย years of experience in print production.ย 
  • Knowledge of Print Production (sheetfed, web, digital and large format).ย 
  • Knowledge of standardย bindery functions.ย 
  • May beย requiredย to complete and passย Public Trust Security Clearance.
