Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Round Rock, TX 
About the Role

Join our operations team in Round Rock, TX as an Onsite Services Specialist supporting mailroom, print production, and document handling functions. You’ll operate high-volume printing and imaging equipment, manage mail distribution, handle shipping/receiving, and support office operations. Perfect for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume copy, print, and document imaging equipment

  • Perform binding, finishing, and document processing tasks

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, apply postage, and maintain records

  • Distribute office supplies and completed print jobs

  • Maintain copier functionality, clear paper jams, and restock supplies

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and occasional light maintenance tasks

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate job status

  • Keep all copier and mail areas clean, organized, and functional


Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience with printing, mailroom, or office services preferred

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, document management)

  • Must have a valid driver’s license (driving required after conversion)
