Job description

Administrative Resource Options is looking to hire a Print Production Associate for the Dallas area. This Associate (SSG) position will require someone with great customer service skills.

Duties will involve working with print and copying, basic printer maintenance, processing and delivery of mail and packages, stocking office and kitchen supplies and cross training in other office tasks as needed.

This is a client facing position so professionalism, high energy, attention to detail and strong sense of urgency are a must.

This person will need a personal vehicle in order to travel to client sites. This is an exciting opportunity to train across all of ARO's regional sites and learn about multiple aspects of our business. Flexibility in work tasks and teams is important.

This is a full time, Monday through Friday position, must be available between the hours of 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

All candidates must have a valid Texas driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.

  • Minimum essential functions include being able to lift 50 pounds, walk up to three miles through the day, and work with printers and technology
  • Requires strong experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Prior experience in mail distribution, print, basic printer maintenance and office services
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
