The Role:

We are currently seeking a Production Associate in Farmingdale, New York. The Production Associate opportunity is a full-time role with excellent healthcare benefits, 401k matching, and generous PTO.

As a Production Associate I at ICON, you will support the production processes, product management, and innovation activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our partners and patients.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the coordination of production activities, including tracking workflows, managing inventory, and ensuring that production schedules are met.
  • Process work orders for kits and bulk supplies being sent to investigator sites (printing of documents, Barcodes, Requisition forms and kit production forms, assembly kits).
  • Identify discrepancies with work orders and enter information into a LIMS system that is utilized for metrics reporting with clients.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management staff for work order modification.
  • Refurbish incoming shipping boxes received from investigator sites.
  • Disassemble supplies returned from investigator sites.
  • Assist in training new employees.

Your Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or higher.
  • Some experience in a production, manufacturing, or related environment, great to have.
  • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a commitment to supporting production goals and contributing to the success of the team.
