Qualifications
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Production Associate to support high-volume production and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for preparing, scanning, inspecting, assembling, binding, and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining company quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering error-free work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, scan, inspect, compile, assemble, and bind customer documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Fulfill customer orders while meeting daily production, quality, and turnaround standards.
  • Operate document production equipment and Kodak scanner
  • Maintain machine performance by clearing paper jams, replacing toner, replenishing supplies, and reporting equipment issues using machine codes.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets customer specifications and company standards.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation to prevent production errors.
  • Meet productivity goals, including Time Productive standards and Impressions Per Hour (IPH) targets.
  • Work collaboratively with production, sales, management, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in document production, print production, mail fulfillment, scanning, or a related production environment preferred.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Experience with document scanning, mail fulfillment, or match media mailing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Information
