Job description

GoTeez Clothing Company is hiring an experienced Automatic Screen Print Press Operator for a high-volume apparel production shop.
IMPORTANT: If you have NOT run an automatic screen printing press before, please do NOT apply. This position requires real production experience.

We are looking for someone who already understands the screen printing process and can step into a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements

  • Proven experience running an automatic screen printing press

  • Experience operating M&R screen printing equipment

  • Strong understanding of registration, ink control, and print quality
  • Ability to set up and run multi-color jobs
  • Experience with plastisol inks

  • Ability to maintain consistent print quality during long runs
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced production shop
Responsibilities

  • Set up and run automatic screen printing presses
  • Load garments and monitor production runs
  • Maintain proper registration and color accuracy
  • Troubleshoot printing issues when they arise
  • Work with the production team to meet daily goals
  • Keep equipment and work area clean and organized
Preferred

  • Experience in high-volume apparel printing
