With multiple manufacturing facilities across California, Ohio, and Texas, we are committed to quality, innovation, and investing in our people.
We are seeking a motivated Press Support team member to assist our Flexo Press Operators in producing high-quality labels for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and wants to build a long-term career in the printing industry.
Print Press Support What You'll Do
As a Press Support team member, you will play a critical role in keeping our presses running efficiently by assisting with setup, material staging, and production support.
Print Press Support Responsibilities include:
  • Assist Press Operators in preparing presses for production runs by verifying job specifications.
  • Read and understand customer job jackets and production instructions.
  • Gather and stage all materials and equipment needed for press setup.
  • Perform press make-ready activities, including loading and removing print cylinders, dies, laminations, inks, and substrates.
  • Assist with the setup of auxiliary press equipment.
  • Retrieve label stock and materials from inventory.
  • Remove finished rolls from presses as needed.
  • Empty waste containers and maintain a clean and organized production area.
  • Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with production team members to ensure quality and efficiency.

Print Press Support Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One year of manufacturing or related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Previous experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus.
  • Experience using hand tools and basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
  • Ability to read instructions and follow detailed procedures.
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and handling materials throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with press setup and production support.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
