Job description

Marco is hiring a highly motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to join our Print Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative sales strategies, grow a defined territory, and build meaningful, lasting relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will support and execute our print sales strategy, drive revenue growth within your assigned customer accounts, and represent Marco's full portfolio of print solutions - all while making a measurable impact on our customers' efficiency and profitability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage sales funnel to achieve individual and team sales goals and corporate initiatives.
  • Sell products and services at established profit goals.
  • Uphold Marco's business ethics by ensuring our solutions provide clients with increased efficiencies and profits.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, Marco sales processes, markets, trends, competitors, and clients to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations of products and solutions offered by Marco.
  • Create selling opportunities for entire Marco Product/Services Line utilizing other sales support personnel.
  • Utilize CRM to establish and maintain a well-qualified data base.
  • Support Marco's commitment to total customer satisfaction through active participation in the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process including prompt research and resolution.
  • Strive for self-improvement by establishing and working to reach professional and personal development goals.
  • Develop territory plans to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Manage the required non-traditional work hours to meet job duties and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Prior sales experience, ideally in print, technology, or B2B solutions
  • Valid Driver's License, proof of personal insurance and an acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to plan and execute a territory sales strategy with limited supervision
  • Competitive drive with a proven ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking sales activity and records
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional, personable approach to working with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort learning company-specific tools and CRM platforms

Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually + commission!
