Manager of Print/Mail/Sign Services
Work Year Days
Up to 210 days (Remainder of the 2025-2026 SY), Monday - Friday - 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Some college preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of printing, paper stocks, signage substrates, and associated production materials
Experience with print and design software
Working knowledge of print layout, design principles, and production workflows
Familiarity with Frisco ISD campuses, departments, and locations
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic computer skills
Major Responsibilities and Duties
Produce printed materials and signage in accordance with established weekly production schedules.
Conduct pre-production and post-production quality control assessments to ensure accuracy.
Package and deliver completed orders to campuses and departments on an established route when needed.
Assist with maintaining and updating the inventory of print and sign production materials.
Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and work areas.
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
Exhibit professional, dependable, and responsible conduct as a district representative.
Foster positive working relationships through effective, respectful communication.
Must follow OSHA guidelines for safe handling of chemicals, materials, and equipment.
Maintain regular, punctual, and consistent attendance.

Working Conditions
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pulling and pushing. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. paper, printed items, and other deliveries. Repetitive hand motions, frequent keyboarding, use of mouse and occasional reaching. Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, printers, binding equipment, etc.). Prolonged use of computer. Requires physical ability to stand for many hours. Work in inside and outside environments with varying temperatures; exposure to noise from production equipment.
