Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our fast-paced orthodontic practice in a unique support role that combines digital lab technology, patient care, and clinical support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in entering the orthodontic or dental field and learning the foundations of orthodontic assisting in a supportive team environment.

This role is heavily involved in our digital lab workflow and patient support systems while also assisting the clinical team throughout the day.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Running daily reports and preparing schedules/workflow items
  • Operating and maintaining 3D printers and digital lab equipment
  • Fabricating orthodontic retainers and appliances
  • Taking digital scans/iTero scans of patients
  • Delivering retainers and reviewing care instructions with patients
  • Assisting with growth guidance/recall appointments
  • Assisting the clinical team with sterilization and operatory turnover
  • Stocking and maintaining clinical and lab areas
  • Supporting overall clinical flow and patient experience
  • Additional duties as needed to support the team
