About the Role

We are seeking a Print & Copy Technical Service Specialist to join our Field Service team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, tech-curious, and enjoy solving problems in real time. Whether youre starting your career or looking to pivot into the tech field, POA provides the training and support needed to succeed.

What Youll Do

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair printers, copiers, and related office equipment
  • Serve as a hands-on print and copy technology expert
  • Manage and support local printing environments at customer locations
  • Provide reliable, in-person technical support to clients
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Manage your schedule and service calls independently
  • Think creatively to resolve unique equipment and technical challenges
