The Print Associate is responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing customer print orders, and ensuring high-quality and timely production.
This role focuses on day-to-day printing tasks and supporting the Operations team to meet customer and project needs.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Operate printing machines and related software to complete assigned print jobs.
  • Review project details to understand client requirements and order specifications.
  • Monitor and inspect printed products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain supplies and materials needed for printing tasks.
  • Follow established operating and safety procedures to meet productivity standards.
  • Scan labels, update electronic files, and follow packaging/shipping processes.
  • Communicate effectively with Production team members to complete orders on time.
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic equipment or product issues and report problems to the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or print environment preferred.
Key Competencies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and operate various printing machines and software.
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
