RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Principal User Experience Designer/User Experience Architect. This is an exciting high level with one of our large global organizations. They are looking for candidates ideally who are on EST who can work closely with their EMEA teams.
Summary:
As a Principal User Experience Designer/User Experience Architect, you will be a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, responsible for defining and delivering exceptional user experiences across their global marketing initiatives. You will own the end-to-end user experience for key strategic areas, driving the vision from concept to launch and beyond. This role demands a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technological capabilities to create innovative and effective solutions that align with our OKRs and KPIs.
You will champion user-centered design principles, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and act as a key expert, guiding design decisions and ensuring a cohesive, intuitive, and delightful experience for our customers. Your influence will extend across the organization, raising the bar for UX excellence and ensuring our brand vision is impeccably executed in every digital interaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* 10+ years of progressive experience in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, with a significant portion in a principal, lead, or architect capacity
* Demonstrated experience leading UX strategy and execution for complex, large-scale digital products or platforms within global enterprise environments, specifically in marketing (brand to demand generation)
* An exceptional portfolio showcasing a successful track record of designing and delivering impactful user experiences for well-known brands, highlighting your ability to solve complex business and user problems with elegant, data-informed design solutions
* Expert-level proficiency in user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices across the entire design lifecycle (research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, implementation)
* Strong command of data analytics and qualitative/quantitative research methods to inform design decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
* Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure)
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts, strategies, and rationale to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, product, engineering, and marketing teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
