Job description

Treasury Product Delivery Specialist The Treasury function at Millennium covers several areas including: * Cash and collateral management * Equity / FI Financing * Liquidity Management * Margin/Collateral Optimization * Equity Financing Optimization * Counterparty Risk The Treasury Product Development team is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of Treasury initiatives, maintaining strategic alignment with business objectives. We are looking for a candidate to join the Treasury Product Development team and help drive global, cross-functional initiatives. The individual should be a self-starter who can operate independently as well as within the broader team. Principal Responsibilities Product Knowledge & Expertise: * Develop deep subject matter expertise in Treasury functions, operations, products, data requirements, and controls * Master Treasury processes, workflows and IT solutions across cash and collateral management, equity/FI financing, liquidity management, margin/collateral optimization, and counterparty risk Project Leadership & Coordination: * Centrally coordinate Treasury-driven projects, streamlining communication across Technology, Operations and other impacted areas * Own Treasury project scope definition, prioritization, IT alignment and goal setting to achieve strategic objectives * Drive end-to-end delivery of Treasury initiatives from concept to roll-out * Serve as single point of accountability for Treasury-led initiatives Requirements & Documentation: * Produce comprehensive requirements analysis and documentation tailored to Treasury needs * Interface with global stakeholders to define business requirements and create detailed use case documentation, including test design and case definition in support of product rollout * Develop standardized templates for requirements documentation, use case analysis, and testing design Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Lead multiple, simultaneous large-scale efforts across separate IT streams, ensuring synergies and collaboration * Work closely alongside IT teams during project execution to ensure technical alignment * Maintain the "Product Development-Dev Partnership" model with IT developers * Interface with and influence stakeholders across the organization at multiple levels of seniority Data Governance & Architecture: * Own data governance and implementation of strategic architecture to align delivery with business objectives * Minimize operational risks through comprehensive understanding of data flows and controls Qualifications/Skills Required Education & Experience: * Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant discipline * 10+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and hands-on management of cross-functional technology initiatives * Proven track record of success delivering complex applications and products within financial services Technical & Domain Expertise: * Deep understanding of financial products and trading flows from execution through settlement (Equity, FI, Futures, OTC, FX, etc.) * Experience in margin/collateral workflows, portfolio financing & liquidity management * Comfort with in-depth analysis of large volumes of data to extract and present information * Comfort with AI tooling and conversant with prompting, adoption strategies Leadership & Communication: * Proven ability to guide development and operational support teams across applications for large scale change initiatives * Ability to communicate detailed requirements to developers and executive updates to senior stakeholders * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an independent work ethic Optional Experience * Programming skills and familiarity with SQL, Python, Claude Code * Experience running rapid application development teams * Previous experience in hedge fund Treasury The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
